I would like to share this trouble information with customers. This issue doesn't happen to all customers, but in a few case PayPal displays a invalid payment screen when trying to pay with a credit card. On a trouble screen, dropdown box (pull down menu) does not work at all. When you try to select a specific country, state or province you live in, the set of selection is not displayed and you cannot proceed the payment. The menu selections seem to be turned off.
I am asking PayPal technical team and our EC company (that provides shopping cart service) to solve this issue. PayPal claims that this issue derives from wrong parameters that should be passed to the payment screen. But I think it is still PayPal's responsibility to send back an error message when unexpected data type or argument are received, and it is weird to make the selection turned off.
Anyhow, if this issue happens to your case, please inform us support@nipponcraft.com, then we will manually create a new billing form (an invoice) so that you can pay for the order.
